One-Day Food Safety Certification

REQUIRED: Food safety certification and food handler training is a critical step to maintain a safe and sanitary food operation. It protects the health of your customers and employees and reduces the risk of lawsuits and high insurance premiums.

To provide this valuable training, we offer this ONE DAY certification program, developed by MBA Training Specialist Lisa DeFilippo. As a former health department inspector and consultant, she has over 20 years experience in the food safety business as well as a degree in the microbiology of food borne illness.

Classes are conducted throughout Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio. We offer public classes or on-site.
