Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

If you are registered for a class and are unable to attend, please notify Tracy Shepard at 814/833-3200 or 800/815-2660 as other applicants may be waiting for the course. Substitutions can be made at any time and at no cost. The following cancellation/rescheduling policy applies:

• Four or more business days notice: Full refund or may reschedule
• Less than four business days notice: No refund and $50 fee to reschedule

Please note that participants choosing to reschedule must reschedule and take a class within one year from the time of the cancelled class.

Rescheduled courses are not eligible for refunds if originally rescheduled with less than four business days’ notice.
