Do you need to get a grip on the basics of Microsoft Outlook? This one-day course covers the most useful features of the Outlook program so you can make the program work for you. Learn how to quickly send e-mail, use folders, set up contacts, utilize the calendar and manage information.


Students will learn to:

  • Send, print, reply to and forward e-mail
  • Organize e-mail by using folders and color-coded messages
  • Create signatures and flag messages for follow-up
  • Send, save and resend attachments
  • Effectively use the contacts feature
  • Create a "to-do list" using tasks
  • Manage appointments and create reoccurring events on the calendar
  • Send out e-mail invitations to attend a meeting

Prerequisite: Introduction to Windows or equivalent experience
